How much does shipping cost?
For menswear from the S&S selection, standard shipping within Canada is $12.95 CAD, with free standard shipping on orders of $150 CAD or more. This selection currently ships within Canada only. For other items, standard shipping is $9.99 CAD within Canada, free on orders of $100 CAD or more; to the United States, it is $12 CAD, free on orders of $150 CAD or more. Other international rates and eligible express options are shown at checkout. Orders containing both S&S menswear and other items may have combined shipping charges. Final options, free shipping eligibility and charges are confirmed at checkout based on your cart and address. See our Shipping & Delivery page.
How long does delivery take?
After dispatch, estimated standard delivery for menswear from the S&S selection is 3–5 business days within Canada. For other items, estimated transit times are 3–9 business days within Canada, depending on the service, and 4–8 business days to the United States. Other destinations and express estimates are shown at checkout. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.
Can I return an item?
You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. Eligible items must be unused, unworn, in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase. Gift cards, final sale items and personal care or hygiene products are excluded. Read the Return Policy for full conditions.
How do I start a return, and who pays for shipping?
Email contact@aimeeboutique.ca. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
When will I receive my refund?
After your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the decision. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may require additional processing time.
